I think that RheinLand has taken good care of the people entrusted to it in the past pandemic period. We have certainly fulfilled our duty of care responsibly – and will continue to do so in the future.

We have focused on our employees from the very beginning. The health and well-being of our employees and their families was particularly close to our hearts. The vaccination campaign in August 2021 is a good continuation of this.

My personal highlight during the time all of our employees were in the home office, was the collaboration of the corona-team, management board, executives, and the entire staff in dealing with the crisis.

What I will remember most from the past few months is RheinLand's good interaction with people - here especially on the subject of digitization. RheinLand gets things done - not everything, but when it does, it does it right. The positive response to this encourages us for the future.
